Founded in 2021, and a proud partner with Visit Lake Geneva, the Genie delivers to hotels, vacation rental homes, grandparents/family homes, weddings, and more! We also deliver to downtown Chicago, Milwaukee, Racine, Janesville, Whitewater, McHenry…most of SE Wisconsin and northern IL.
Traveling with your little ones is challenging, especially with all of the extra gear that they may need. Whether you are driving up from Chicagoland, or flying in from another state, we have baby and beach equipment for rent to make your vacation more enjoyable. Some of our most popular items are a full size crib with a breathable Newton mattress, BabyBjorn bouncer, Doona car seat/stroller combo, UPPAbaby single & double strollers, SlumberPods, Baby Brezza bottle sterilizer and formula maker pro, car seats, Hatch and Dohm sound machines, baby bathtubs, and toys.
Many of our parents drive to the area and try to pack all of the needed items. Let us do the work for you, and leave those baby monitors, sound machines, and other smaller items right where they are at home (no need to pack, unpack, pack again to go home, and then unpack them after vacation). As a parent of 3, my goal is to make this a vacation for the parents too!
We deliver to grandparents and families who have grandbabies and children coming into town to visit. Need a car seat so you don’t have to lug it through the airport? Not a problem! We coordinate with the family in town and deliver the car seats so they will be ready to go at pick up. Please note that we are not allowed to install car seats, bed rails, or any safety items such as baby gates. We provide the car seat user manual and all of our seats were chosen because they are easier to install.
The Genie is an Independent Provider for the following national baby rental gear companies: rents-4-baby, Cloud of Goods, and BabyQuip. They are all great companies, and you will receive the same excellent service and safe rental equipment no matter which platform you book with. Not sure which one to book with? We have gone through extensive training to ensure that we are providing safe, clean, and appropriate rental gear for you and your family. Every rental item is inspected before delivery and cleaned per manufacturer guidelines. We have a strict no smoking policy. Any gear returned smelling like smoke will be charged a full replacement fee as the gear will no longer be safe to rent.
We started out specializing in baby gear rentals, but have expanded to beach rentals and other vacation necessity rentals. We have a large selection of beach wagons, stroller wagons, adult beach chairs, children’s beach chairs, umbrellas, infant pop-up tents, beach blankets, coolers, beach towels, and more. Don’t see something, then just ask!
Heading out for the day, but don’t want to leave your dog all day. The Genie also has seasoned dog walkers who can take care of your fur baby when you are out enjoying the beach, boating on the lake, enjoying dinner, or taking a stroll around town. We also rent dog crates and food/water bowls for your vacation.
